available from mid September through to the following May, and may also be

Out of season breaks offer
exceptional value for money. Spring arrives early to Cornwall, and
Summer lingers making the quieter spring and autumn months an ideal time to visit. Many tourist attractions and most of our wonderful gardens stay open all
year round. It is fascinating to observe the seasonal changes in the
landscape. The majority of the themed animal and adventure parks are open for school half-term holidays,
with most fully
open during Easter (please see the attractions
page for more information).
Our unique jewel, the Eden project is open all
year round, and is easily accessible from The Old Rectory. Ice skating is a real attraction from October half term through to February and can really compliment your Christmas and New Year stay. There is always something new
to discover at Eden.
The Old Rectory is open over
Christmas and New Year to welcome visitors for the festive season.
Looe is rapidly establishing itself as one of the top venues in the
country to celebrate the New Year.
Cornwall is one of the
mildest regions of Britain, overnight frosts rarely linger into the day
and therefore it is easily possible to play golf all year round. The
immediate area boasts some excellent courses, ideal to explore on that
short break.
Please telephone to discuss
your short break requirements.
