Swimming Pool and Gardens at The Old Rectory
This is unattended and free to residents. Children must always be
closely supervised by an adult member of your party - they are not allowed
in the pool area without such supervision. The pool will not be open out of
season from mid September to end May. Friends visiting our customers, and
wishing to use the pool, must obtain the permission of the Proprietors; if
the proprietors are not available no permission is given. Given that
there is no life guard, we ask that adults have a buddy either swimming
with them or on poolside in case of emergency.
It is a condition of the booking that no liability attaches to the
Proprietors for any pool accident arising wholly or in part to our
non-supervision of the pool and gardens. The person making the booking
agrees to indemnify us against any claim made against the Proprietors
arising out of such circumstances by any member of their party.
